Initiating an Investigation

When someone reports behavior that may violate the Amtgard Code of Conduct to anyone other than government officers, they should be redirected to report to their local or kingdom officers instead. After any necessary recusals are made, those officers then appoint from amongst themselves an Investigation Lead to collect information for the officers to review.

Depending on the scope of the behavior, the preference for who should be approached is as follows (in order):

If the reported behavior took place at the local level and does not affect other chapters:

Local Chancellor or Local Guildmaster of Reeves
Other Local Officer

If the reported behavior took place at the kingdom or interkingdom level, or involves local officers:

Kingdom Monarch
Kingdom Chancellor or Kingdom Guildmaster of Reeves

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Northern Empire of Amtgard Inc. oversees the legal and financial governance of the Kingdom of the Nine Blades. The elected directors below are joined by the current Kingdom Monarch, Prime Minister, and Guildmaster of Reeves (GMR), who hold automatic seats by virtue of their office.
